P7 classes visited the Ulster American Folk Park in Omagh this week to learn about emigration as part of their World Around Us topic, Famine.

We heard about what life was like in Ireland during the famine, why people emigrated and what it was like when they got to America. We all loved going on the ship to get to the new world, America!
