'Well-being Wednesday' in P3
This week is Mental Health Awareness week. The themes for the week are Mindfulness Monday, Talk about it Tuesday, Well-being Wednesday, Tasty Thursday and Feel Good & Fruit Friday.
In P3 the children have been learning about ways to look after their mental health, have a positive outlook on life and how to deal with worries they have by focusing on mindfulness and being aware of emotions. They have also been learning about how to help each other.
Mrs McManus P3 class participated in 'Well-being Wednesday' by exercising and having fun together while enjoying the beautiful weather. ππ
Mrs Somerville’s class had a fun filled morning in Forthill. They enjoyed a relaxing walk in the sunshine and connecting with their friends for Well-being Wednesday. πβπ
Mrs Kelly’s P3 class celebrated ‘Well-being Wednesday’ through recognising the importance of health and exercise. The children went for a walk in Forthill, enjoyed a little quiet meditation and had fun playing, talking and chilling with their friends in the sun. π€ππ€ΈβοΈπ₯°
