The pupils of Holy Trinity raised £1450 for Trocaire by bringing their loose change in to school and putting it in their classroom Trocaire box.
Mr Tripp's class held a sponsored silence in their classroom to raise a little more money for their Trocaire box. They raised a fantastic £236.66. Mr Tripp is very proud of the class for raising all this money and for being able to keep silent for such a long time.
Bridget Duffy, Trocaire representative, came to school to receive the cheque for the money raised. Mr Tripp's class made the presentation as they had made such a huge fundraising effort. Bridget was really pleased to accept the cheque on behalf of Trocaire.
