Sustrans and Holy trinity are running a scheme to encourage our KS2 pupils to walk, scoot or cycle to school. The scheme aims to improve health and develop children’s road safety skills, improved spatial awareness and road sense.
KS2 Children get a mark on their loyalty card each time they walk, scoot or cycle to school. Over the past weeks pupils have been filling up their loyalty cards. Pictured are some of our children who have filled in loyalty card and received a Sustrans prize.
The Sustrans scheme is continuing this month and the KS2 Eco-Council will be checking pupils loyalty cards. When a pupil has a full loyalty card they will receive a prize. Prizes will be distributed again after Halloween.
