This morning I became the first 5 million word reader in Holy Trinity. I am so proud of myself for this huge achievement.
Some people wonder how people like me read so much, but honestly it is not repetitive at all, I love it. Getting into stories is the thing I love most, getting to know the characters is quite amazing and seeing their emotions.
Some people think reading is useless, I disagree! Reading can improve your creative writing skills and helps you learn more words, this means you don't always have to use a dictionary.
Some of my favourite authors are Michael Morpurgo, Anthony Horowitz, JK Rowling, Roald Dahl, Jacqueline Wilson and who could forget the funniest author David Walliams.
I love people getting inspired to read more.
