Our P6 classes enjoyed a great trip to the Armagh Planetarium yesterday. The children learnt about space, the planets and about how Astronauts survive when in space. This visit tied in with their World Around Us topic 'Space'.
The children spent some time making rockets, they then got to shoot them into space. It was great fun, but a little wet!
