There was alot of excitement in P3 on Tuesday as the children came to school dressed as their favourite fairy tale character as part of their Fairy Tale Topic.
Mrs McManus class enjoyed a fun fairy tale walk in Forthill. They also enjoyed lots of fun fairy themed activities through the day including decorating Cinderella shoes and mirrors and listening to fairy tale stories.
Mrs Kelly’s class enjoyed creating their own sparkly glass slippers and magic mirrors. They also listened to fairytale stories from Anne, had a doughnut party and learned how to waltz. What a magical day to remember! 🧜♀️🧞♀️🧙♀️🧚🧝♂️.
Mrs Somerville’s class, dressed up as princesses and princes as part of their Fairytale Topic, enjoyed an enchanted fairytale walk through the grounds of Forthill and listened to fairytale stories. They had lots of fun creating magical mirrors and beautiful new shoes for Cinderella. The children had a wonderful and happy day.
Through the day there was a search for the owner of the glass slipper in Mrs Kelly's room. Lots of people came to try it on but were unsuccessful. Little Jessie was the owner of the glass slipper and Prince Charming was delighted. 👠💕
