To celebrate the Chinese year of the dog Mrs O'Connor brought her little Jack Russell, Annie, in to meet her class. The children were delighted and Annie enjoyed all the attention.
To continue their celebrations, the class then joined with Miss Corrigan's class and took a bus to a local Chinese restaurant, the Mandarin Buffet. At the restaurant they sampled lots of different foods, sweet & sour flavours, prawn crackers, noodles and even some unusual deserts. The children had a wonderful day.
