KS1 Choir sing at mass for Catholic Schools Week
6th Feb 2018
Our KS1 school choir have been working really hard over the past few weeks with Mrs Kirke. This was in preparation for singing at 10 o'clock Mass in St Michaels Church during Catholic Schools Week. There was lots of excitement among the children on the day as Mr Treacy had promised them a treat for all their hard work.
The children gave a fantastic performance during the Mass, singing some beautiful carols. Mrs Kirke and the school are very proud of them all. The congregation were really delighted with the choirs singing and gave them a standing ovation and a big round of applause at the end of Mass.
As a special treat for their hard work the children all enjoyed a cookie & hot chocolate at McDonalds afterwards. What a treat!
