Holy Trinity Learning Support Class finish the year on a high!
The Learning Support Class from the Holy Trinity finished this academic year on an all-time high with a fantastic trip to Lusty Beg Island, to take part in some of the activities the island has to offer.
The rain even gave way as the children apprehensively lifted their bow and arrows for some Archery. After a number of practice attempts all children were hitting the target with several shots on the bull’s eye.
Next the children had a very fast boat ride around the beautiful island. Lough Erne echoed with cheers and screams as the driver skilfully maneuvered the boat over the waves.
As the children ate their lunch in the Island Restaurant it was a pleasure listening to their account of the day:
“I wish the boat trip never stopped”
“That was the best boat trip ever”
“Can I go on that boat with my Mum and Dad?”
“I hit the bull’s eye”
The Staff of Lusty Beg, especially Kaupo the instructor, hit the bull’s eye when they managed to give the children of the Holy Trinity Primary School such a fantastic day that they’ll never forget.
